Ärztliche Vorsorge beim Kinderarzt nach der Geburt

Die U1 FRÜHERKENNUNG erfolgt unmittelbar nach der Geburt. Dabei vergewissern sich der behandelnde Arzt und/oder die Hebamme wie gut das neugeborene Baby die Geburt überstanden hat. In erster Linie gilt es bei der U1 festzustellen, ob Symptome vorliegen, die eine sofortige Behandlung erfordern, oder ob äußerliche Fehlbildungen erkennbar sind. Falls dies der Fall ist, werden sofort die entsprechenden Maßnahmen eingeleitet um spätere Komplikationen zu vermeiden.
WAS WIRD BEI DER U1 UNTERSUCHT?
- Während der U1 UNTERSUCHUNG wird Dein Baby zum ersten Mal gemessen und gewogen, sowie die lebenswichtigen Funktionen überprüft.
Besondere Beachtung finden bei der U1-UNTERSUCHUNG:
- der Apgar-Wert (Hautfarbe, Herzschlag, Reflexe, Muskelspannung, Atmung)
- äußerliche Fehlbildungen
Körperliche Entwicklung
- Atmung
- Herz-Kreislauf-System
- Nabelschnurblut (Sauerstoffsättigung)
